1. Introduction

Welcome to The Storehouse ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to The Storehouse platform, including all features, functionalities, and user interfaces.

"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.

"Content" refers to sermons, documents, and any other materials uploaded to the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Includes 10 sermon uploads with basic features.
  • Subscription Plan: Available as monthly ($4/month) or annual ($42/year) subscription, plus a one-time $49 setup fee. Includes 100 sermon uploads and advanced features.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the Content you upload to the Service. The Storehouse does not claim ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  1. Store and display your Content as necessary to provide the Service to you;
  2. Analyze your Content and the resulting metadata for the purposes of:
    • Improving the accuracy and functionality of our sermon analysis tools
    • Generating aggregated, anonymized insights and statistics
    • Correlating inferences across sermons to enhance search and analysis capabilities

We will not sell your Content to third parties or use it for purposes outside of providing and improving the Service. Any analysis of your Content will be conducted in a manner that respects your privacy and intellectual property rights.

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload and must have all necessary rights to upload and share such Content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or share Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code

7. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
